Dr. D. Demarles and colleagues at the GlaxoSmithKline Laboratory in Marly-le-Roi and Bicetre Hospital in Paris evaluated the effects of grapefruit juice on circulating amprenavir levels.
Despite the concerns of some researchers, grapefruit juice does not have a significant effect on the pharmacokinetics of amprenavir, Demarles and coauthors found.
