Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:QSC) has signed a definitive License Agreement with Fabre Kramer Pharmaceuticals, Inc. of Houston, TX for the exclusive worldwide development and commercialization of Hypnostat(TM) (intranasal triazolam) for patients suffering from insomnia and for Panistat(TM) (intranasal alprazolam) for patients suffering from panic disorders.
