PARSIPPANY, N.J.--The Army is developing a comprehensive plan for a transformation in the way it handles logistics, including better ways of doing business as well as new systems that will reduce the service's logistics burden, according to an Army official.

"If we don't do this transformation in logistics, you're not going to get Army transformation," Maj. Gen.
