LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. -- Laguna Beach Resorts LLC announced today that it has purchased The Laguna Beach Colony, a 30-acre master-planned resort and residential project, from Marriott International, Inc. in Washington D.C. for an undisclosed amount. The property is located along the Pacific coastline in Laguna Beach, California.
