LOCKHEED TO LEASE NORTON AFB HANGAR
FOR COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., July 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockheed Corporation (NYSE: LK) reported today that an initial lease has been signed with the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) allowing for immediate joint occupancy with the U.S. Air Force of a hangar complex at Norton Air Force Base. Norton, base of the 63rd Military Airlift Wing, is one of the 86 military facilities scheduled for closure by 1994.
