LOS ANGELES, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Representatives from two of the top five water users in Los Angeles attended a city Department of Water and Power-sponsored two-day irrigation and landscape water management program July 12 and 13 at the Los Angeles State and County Arboretum.
