Spescom Software, Inc. (OTCBB: ALTS), previously Altris Software Inc., a leading provider of integrated document, configuration and records management (iDCR) solutions, today announced it has completed installation of its eB software suite at Lloyd's Register, a leading London-based independent risk management organization.
