Los dÃas 19 y 20 de abril realizamos en La Paz, Baja California Sur, un festival de rock denominado Expodegas Rock Subterráneo, en el que se dieron muchas irregularidades.
El festival contó con la participación de más de 20 bandas del estado y fue organizado por la licenciada Laura González Villalobos, directora del Instituto Sudcaliforniano de la Juventud (ISJ) y por la banda de rock Born in the Wrong Place (BWP), bajo el acuerdo de que el ISJ recibirÃa 50% del ingreso total, en tanto que BWP tendrÃa 30% y las bandas participantes se distribuirÃan el 20% restante.
