ATLANTA, Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced today that Letters of Intent have been signed by the Department of the Navy, the state of Florida, as represented by the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation, and EPA for Federal Facility Agreements at three federal facilities in Florida.
