This 1890 Victorian house in the village of Skaneateles has views of Skaneateles Lake from many windows.
The house, at 6 W. Lake St., is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the library on the main street of the village. It is selling for $365,000.
The house was built in 1890 for Fanny Gifford, the daughter of Skaneateles lumberyard proprietor Stephen Gifford.
"There have been only four owners in 100 years," said the present owner, Paul Oakes.
