Two Lake County men have been charged with killing a Lake Villa man earlier
this year.
Lake County sheriff's police said Thursday that Raymond Serio, 28, of Round Lake, and former Lindenhurst resident Ronald Ruhl, 33, are charged with first-degree murder.
Sheriff's police said the two are accused of shooting Richard Neubauer, 27, on Jan. 6 and abandoning his body near the state line in Newport Township.
Although both suspects are now in police custody on unrelated charges, it is uncertain if they are aware they have been charged because the indictments were issued Wednesday by a ...
