NEW YORK -- Columbia Records artists Play and Rose Falcon will headline the exclusive Passion For Fashion Tour 2002, conducted by Limited Too, the hottest store in the mall for 'tween (ages 7 to 14) girls, and Simon Property Group , the nation's largest mall owner and manager. The Passion For Fashion Tour, an entertaining back-to-school extravaganza, will visit 15 Simon malls (and other properties) nationwide during July and August.
