ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- BI Incorporated announced today that it has partnered with two New Mexico agencies to open an innovative center for probationers and parolees who are released to supervision in Bernalillo County. BI, a leading provider of offender monitoring and treatment services for community-based corrections, will team with New Mexico's Corrections Department and the Department of Health to operate the Albuquerque Transitional Reporting Center.
