Comedian-actor Chris Tucker recently struck a serious note when he agreed to join U.S. Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill and U2 lead singer Bono in a tour of some of Africa's poorest nations to bring attention to the need for increased aid and education.
Tucker joined O'Neill and Bono in Uganda and Ethiopia for a four-nation--Ghana, Uganda, Ethiopia and South Africa--10-day tour in which Bono was trying to show O'Neill that Africa can and does put Western aid to good use.
