A Randolph man's Fourth of July plans fizzled yesterday when Canton police allegedly spotted him hawking fireworks out of his trunk and arrested him.
Just before noon yesterday, a caller told Canton police that an illegal fireworks sale was going on in a parking lot on Turnpike Road in Canton.
