NEW YORK -- Dick Tracy put retailers in a lineup to order T-shirts, sweatshirts, nightshirts and other promotional novelties bearing the famous detective's logo.
Mikki Kagan, vice-president and a principal of Identity, Inc., says her firm has the license to make Dick Tracy wool, leather, and canvas jackets. "We had a great first day at MAGIC," says Kagan of her firm's first day out with its adult line. Besides doing Dick Tracy, Identity is also doing a The Kid jacket for boys and a Breathless Mahoney jacket for girls.
