Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc., a biopharmaceutical development company in King of Prussia, Pa., announced the promotion of Dennis F. Willson from Vice President, Business Development to President and CEO, effective July 1, 2002.
Mr. Willson also was appointed to the Company Board of Directors. He will succeed Richard P. Storm, with whom he cofounded the company in 1992.
