CEDAR POINT TO BUILD WORLD'S TALLEST WOODEN ROLLER COASTER

SANDUSKY, Ohio, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Cedar Point will set two world records when it builds a 160-foot tall wooden roller coaster for its 1991 season. The coaster, yet to be named, will be the tallest wooden roller coaster in the world.

As Cedar Point's 10th roller coaster, it will also enable the Sandusky, Ohio, amusement/theme park to top its own mark in the Guinness Book of World Records for having more coasters than any park in the world. Presently Cedar Point gives more than 14 million roller coaster rides each summer.
