TOSHIBA AND TECH DATA JOINTLY DROP LAWSUIT
IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. (TAIS) and Tech Data Corp. (NASDAQ: TECD) jointly announced today that the legal action taken by TAIS has been dropped. The companies reported that several recent meetings between the two companies have been instrumental in developing a plan to address the remaining points at issue.
