MILITARY LEAVE POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- First Interstate Bank of California today revised its military leave policy to provide the following added benefits to employee-reservists who are called to active military duty:
-- Supplemental Military Pay -- An employee who is a reservist called to active duty will receive supplemental income for up to three months if military wages are less. First Interstate will reimburse the difference between an employee's military salary and their regular First Interstate base salary, subject to withholding taxes. ...
