Rock-Tenn Company (NYSE:RKT) today announced that on June 30, 2002, each issued and outstanding share of Class B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Class B Common Stock"), of Rock-Tenn Company has been automatically converted into one share of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Class A Common Stock"), of the Company.
