PHILADELPHIA -- The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) is now accepting nominations for two major international awards. These two major prizes, first awarded in 2002, recognize seminal basic and translational cancer research discoveries at the cutting edge of scientific novelty and significance. Candidates are sought who have made extraordinary basic and translational cancer research advances and whose scientific innovation and creativity have contributed to new directions in these fields. Candidates must be currently active in research and have a record of recent publications.
