DALLAS -- Baylor Health Care System announced today that it has joined a new multi-national network to improve health care quality. Created by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Boston, Mass., the network, known as IMPACT, brings together change-oriented health care organizations seeking to improve health care delivery. Currently, Baylor Health Care System is the first organization in Dallas/Fort Worth and one of only three in Texas to join IMPACT. The network's 53 charter members are located in 28 states and two provinces in Canada.
