Its wholly owned subsidiary, Basalt Fiber Company, was recently issued an inducement letter for $9 million of Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB) by the Industrial Development Authority of South Hill, Va. Additionally, top management's scheduled to visit Panama, where they will present the company's business plan to several leading banks and private investors. Initial reviews by these entities of the company's financing proposals have been very favorable.
