Overlooked in all the hoopla over the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on school choice vouchers was another decision that bodes well for voters in Wisconsin and the other 38 states that elect judges.
By a 5-4 vote, the court overturned a Minnesota speech code for judicial candidates that is quite similar to Wisconsin's. What that means is: Voters may finally get to hear something of substance from the men and women who want to wear black robes and pass judgment on the rest of us.
