(CMCG) to act as Medical Services International Inc. is exclusive distributor of the VScan(TM) Rapid Test Kits in the country of IRAQ.
Consolidated Mercantile Consulting Group S.A.L. is well established as a distributor in the Middle East. The Distribution Agreement is for a 5 year period starting July 1, 2002.
