FROM OUR MOSCOW CORRESPONDENT
HERE are six people seeking to emigrate from the Soviet Union to the United States, plucked at random from the files of the American consulate in Moscow: a member of a medical institute and a professor of mechanical engineering, both from Leningrad; a doctor from Tashkent; a building engineer and an ear, nose and throat specialist, both from Minsk; and an Armenian-born architect from Baku, in Azerbaijan. The Soviet Union is suffering from a brain drain.
