WEIGHT WATCHERS STOPS COMPETITION FROM

RUNNING MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS

JERICHO, N.Y., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Weight Watchers International, a wholly owned subsidiary of the H.J. Heinz Company, today announced it has successfully enjoined certain Stouffers Food's advertising for Lean Cuisine entrees featuring "Weight Watchers Exchanges" and other misleading information.
