The six-month refurbishment of three of Saddam Husseyn's palaces in the Baghdad area has been completed, according to a report on 1 June in "Regay Kurdistan," the newspaper of the Communist Party of Iraqi Kurdistan. Moroccan and Indian craftsmen and professionals were brought in to do the work.
