NEW YORK-Burlington Industries has completed the sale of its window treatments and bedding consumer products businesses to Springs Industries and is getting ready to finalize the sale of its residential upholstery fabric business to Tietex International Ltd.
In a statement, Springs said it has completed the previously announced acquisition. The sale includes physical assets, including a manufacturing facility in Mexico, inventory, and a license to use the Burlington House and American Lifestyle brand names for certain home furnishings products.
