TURLOCK, Calif., July 8 (AScribe Newswire) -- Low-dose dietary vitamin supplements or a well-balanced diet are proving to be preventive medicine against violent behavior, according to a new textbook chapter co-authored by California State University, Stanislaus professor of criminal justice, Dr. Stephen J. Schoenthaler, and Dr. Ian D. Bier, medical director of the Dietary Research Foundation in New Hampshire.
