MILWAUKEE - Eric Gagne was looking for a place to live in Los Angeles in January - month-to-month lease, of course - when he ran into his boss, Dan Evans.
``I didn't know what to tell him. He asked if I was looking for an apartment,'' Gagne said of the Dodgers general manager. ``I was like, `Yeah, I'm looking for an apartment.' I was afraid he was going to laugh at me and say, 'What the hell are you doing? You're pretty confident?' ''
