TOKYO, July 11 Asia Pulse - Osaka Gas Co. (TSE:9532) is expected to post a negative consolidated free cash flow of about 24 billion yen (US$204.02 million) for the fiscal year ending March 2003, compared with a positive consolidated free cash flow of 66.6 billion yen in fiscal 2001.

The company will see a negative free cash flow for the first time in three years because cash flow from operating activities will be reduced as a result of cuts in gas charges in March.

Free cash flow can be obtained by combining operating cash flow and cash flow from investing activities.
