CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Allen Tate Company, the largest home ownership company in North and South Carolina, has merged with two Triad- based realty companies, Preston & Geraci Realtor and Cornerstone Properties, Inc.
Preston & Geraci and Cornerstone Properties each have a branch in Greensboro, N.C., and High Point, N.C., and serve the greater Triad area. As of July 10, all four branches will operate under the Allen Tate Company name. These mergers add 110 associates to Allen Tate's team of 843 Realtors.
