* Manufacturer CCL Industries, Toronto, Canada has sold its Toronto-based K-G Packaging business unit to three different buyers to maximize shareholder value in 2002. The $53 million K-G unit operates three separate business lines: industrial aerosol and liquid product filling; Air Guard Control aerosol products for insect and odor control and North American Professional Products (NAPP) industrial aerosol products.
