Jul. 13--Looks like it's going to be wine and roses for what used to be Hazel's Bar & Grill in downtown Lodi.
The longtime restaurant has been bought from retiring founder Bill Sandeen by the owners of the upscale Wine & Roses Hotel and Restaurant. The 5,000-square-foot place is undergoing a renovation and will reopen in the first week of August.
