ABIX via COMTEX) -- The outcome of a legal battle between broker Graeme Yukich and firm, Hartleys, is expected to be announced on 15 July 2002. Yukich and the brokerage firm will return to the Western Australian Supreme Court to hear a ruling by Justice John McKechnie. Hartleys has applied for an injunction against Yukich, his new venture Entrust Private Wealth Management, and his business development manager Cheryl Baker-Argyle, as well as a former Hartleys employee, Jeremy Durston.
