The world's first online Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.) with E-Commerce Specialization will launch this fall at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Legal and accounting professionals from around the world are expected to participate in this online program. The LL.M. program will draw on course material from International Business Law Services' (IBLS) database of law summaries authored by experts from more than 30 countries, and includes such topics as global tax planning, U.S. tax and E-commerce tax.
