(OTCBB: SHPI), a leader in the design and development of medical safety needles, today announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Safety Syringe Corporation, has entered into a Development and License Agreement with TAP Pharmaceutical Products, Inc. ("TAP"). Under the agreement, TAP will attach SHPI's proprietary safety needle device to its pre-filled syringes.
