The Video Software Dealers Association (VSDA) honored Sylvester Stallone with its "Action Star of the Millennium" Award, comedian George Carlin with its "Freedom Of Expression" Award, and Selma Blair was honored with VSDA's "Rising Star Of The Year" Award this morning at its 21st annual international confab, Home Entertainment 2002, Presented by VSDA. The awards were presented during the Opening Ceremonies at the Rio Suites Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The announcement was made today by VSDA President Bo Andersen.
