ABIX via COMTEX) -- Western Australian (WA) broker, Graeme Yukich, has not been allowed to return to work with his former employer, Hartleys. On 16 July 2002, Yukich tried to return to work at the WA Hartleys office, after the WA Supreme Court placed an interlocutory injunction on him preventing him from starting a new business with Hartleys staff or clients. The court has ruled that Yukich's new venture, Entrust Private Wealth Management, can not employ Hartleys staff until 1 August 2002, while a decision has not been made in relation to Yukich's former clients sourced while employed at Hartleys.
