Fuji Photo Film USA Inc. has spent recent weeks working on a lease deal to move its headquarters from Elmsford (Greenburgh) to Valhalla, as well as pursuing economic incentives from Westchester County and the state.
A county official said the film-and-imaging giant was set to have won a promise of incentives from the county Industrial Development Agency (IDA) at a special meeting set for June 27
