ATLANTA -- LOMA's Education & Training Division is clearing more wall space to make room for two Awards of Excellence from the 14th annual APEX awards competition. Already well received by students in insurance and financial services, the winning books are part of LOMA's Professional, Customer Service (PCS) Program and LOMA's StepOne Series guidebooks. Customer Relationship Management, assigned for LOMA's PCS 393 course, is a winner in the "Books and Book Chapters" category. In the "Investment and Financial Materials" category, the StepOne -- Intro to Financial Services is also a winner. This year 5,863 entries were submitted into APEX's international competition.
