Downtown Naperville restaurants want the party to go just a little longer.
Restaurant owners are trying to persuade city officials to allow them to play music for their outdoor patios until the wee hours of the morning.
"The music in downtown adds to the ambiance and to the success of downtown," said Bill Anderson, chairman of the Downtown Naperville Alliance. "If we pass this, we will keep downtown moving forward."
