In what has been termed "the most important legal decision for wholesaler distributors in fifty years," a new U.S. Supreme Court decision clarifies the legality of a functional discount for services performed.
Acting on June 14th in the ease of Hasbrouck vs. Texaco, the nation's highest court has spoken clearly on a long clouded issue.
