ALAMEDA, Calif. -- TCSI Corporation , a leading provider of software products and services for the global telecom industry, today announced that it has been awarded a new contract for delivering Phase III of the Customer Network Management System (CNMS) by Shanghai Telecom, a subsidiary of China Telecom Corporation.
