Jul. 24--BOCA RATON, Fla.--The Manhattan District Attorney's Office is bringing its investigation of former Tyco International Chief Executive Dennis Kozlowski to South Florida today, seven weeks after he was indicted on New York sales tax evasion charges.
Sources familiar with the broadening probe said the investigation will not involve the sales tax evasion case against Kozlowski, but rather property and other transactions by and for Kozlowski and other key executives at Tyco.
