While admitting he twice confessed to his stepmother's murder, Christopher Swan testified Monday he had no part in the slaying, blaming the death on the occult and telling jurors "two different statements, two different times."
Swan, 34, spent a bizarre 70 minutes on the witness stand Monday, alternating between proclaiming his innocence and confirming police testimony saying he volunteered his guilt within two hours of the murder.
