ABIX via COMTEX) -- The legal dispute between Western Australian (WA) stockbroking firm Hartleys and a former employee, Graeme Yukich, has been settled. Hartleys won an interlocutory injunction against Yukich on 11 July 2002. Hartleys had argued Yukich unfairly solicited its staff and clients, while a still a Hartleys employee, to move to his new business, Entrust Private Wealth Management. However, a settlement has been reached, with Yukich signing a letter of apology to Hartleys and agreeing not to contact Hartleys clients until 1 September 2002.
