NOW I can see US Ambassador Frank Ricciardone Jr. smiling with self-satisfaction that what he said sometime ago about corruption in the judiciary was confirmed. With two Court of Appeals justices, Juan Enriquez Jr. and Bernardo Abesamis, charged with extortion of R1.5 million, and RTC judge Olga Enriquez (wife) with brokering - those solons who agitated to have him declared persona non grata, what sayeth ye? In China, mere respondents hang themselves, in Japan they commit harakiri, in the US, they blow their brains out. Here?
